You must be at least 18 years old. By using GOONR you confirm that you are, that viewing sexually explicit material is lawful where you are, and that you are accessing it by choice.

Accounts are personal. Do not share yours, and do not create one on someone else's behalf.

If your account has been removed for a rules violation, do not create another one.

Post only content of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to appear on this platform.

Do not republish anyone's photos or messages off the platform. Do not post anyone's legal name, workplace, address, or other accounts.

Consent can be withdrawn. If someone stops replying, that is an answer, and continuing to contact them is harassment.

Anything involving anyone under 18, in any form, real or depicted. This is reported to the relevant authorities, not merely removed.

Non-consensual content, including material shared without the subject's agreement.

Escorting, or any exchange of sexual activity for money or goods.

Selling content, advertising external paid sites, or driving traffic elsewhere.

Harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam, bots, and automated access.

What you post stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to show it to the people you have chosen to show it to.

That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain something for an open moderation case or because the law requires it.

You are responsible for what you post and for having the right to post it.

Reports go to a human queue. Reports of underage or non-consensual content remove the content immediately, before review, and the account is restricted pending that review.

Enforcement escalates: reduced trust, which tightens your rate limits; then removal of content; then suspension.

We may remove content or suspend an account without notice where there is a risk to someone's safety.

Premium costs $1.99 / week, billed weekly through Stripe until you cancel. It unlocks 10 photos, every filter, boosts, featured posts, VOX voice notes, who-viewed-you and incognito browsing.

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancelling stops future charges and Premium remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.

We do not refund partial weeks except where the law requires it. If we suspend your account for a rules violation, unused time is not refunded.

If a payment fails, Premium features switch off until payment succeeds.

GOONR is a place to find people. What happens after that is between you and them, and is entirely your responsibility.

We do not verify identity, age documents, or health status. A profile is not a background check.

Meet in public first, tell someone where you are going, and leave the moment anything feels wrong.

This service is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change or be withdrawn.

To the fullest extent the law allows, [LEGAL ENTITY — set before launch] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from your interactions with other users, whether online or in person.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, or where required by law or by a payment provider.

The consent, content and liability sections survive the end of your account.

If these terms change materially you will be told in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — set before launch], and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
